Hi Folks, our hosting provider performed a database server update last night which did not go as smoothly as it could have. When this happened, a very important setting was modified and has been causing errors since the downtime. This has now been fixed!

I am working on addressing each ticket that has come in to make sure each issue was resolved by this fix, so please bear with me as I get caught up here.

I have already received assurances that this will not happen again from our hosting provider. It never hurts to be informed though and have another plan, so to back up this assurance, I'll be building an automated 'check' that will notify us of any changes to this setting immediately. My apologies for taking so long to identify the issue- this is a strange case and we did not think that 'setting' could have been modified and thus causing issues.

Thank you for your patience, and again- we'll be working on individual tickets just as fast as possible this morning!

Kiva Logic systems are back to 100%! We will continue to monitor to make sure the issue has been resolved and will follow up with any updates if need be.
